In my 20’s and 30’s, like many keen Australians, I travelled extensively through the UK, Europe and the US visiting the top international museums and galleries which instilled a passion for art.

Nevertheless, I always felt something was missing, that my knowledge was sketchy in terms of art history and the way in which genres and art movements evolved through centuries to the present day.

This led me to the University of Sydney where I majored in Art History and Theory, and Literature. With an understanding of art theory, I was ready to create INART and share the world of modern and contemporary art with others to facilitate the appreciation and enjoyment of art.

Through visits to artist studios, private galleries and art institutions, I invite you to meet artists, gallerists and curators in an up close and personal way, involving conversations that provide an insight into an artist’s journey, motivations and techniques.   

As well as hosting many international and local visitors on art tours in Sydney, I’ve organised extensive itineraries and conducted tours to Florence, Italy; Art Basel Hong Kong; MONA in Hobart, Tasmania; the Sydney Contemporary Art Fair; Canberra and Melbourne.
